The Highengliſhmote

As follows is a meek ſet of writings made in Engliſh, as marked off from today’s Englandiſh ſpeech by William Barnes; its earneſtly ſilly name (the Highengliſhmote, or high board of Engliſh) was choſen on a late-night call long ago. Its wordſtock is laid out in this book. The long s (⟨ſ⟩) is of my own chooſing.
